David S. Hollander is an associate with the Law Firm of Silver & Silver in Boca Raton, Florida. He helps protect the safety and legal rights of clients in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, auto accidents, premises liability, DUI, domestic violence, drug offenses, firearm offenses, property crimes, white-collar crimes, sexual offenses, and other criminal matters.

Mr. Hollander was admitted to The Florida Bar in 2006. Before entering private practice, Mr. Hollander began his career as an Assistant State Attorney in the Seventh Judicial Circuit of Florida. During his three year commitment in Putnam County, he handled cases ranging from misdemeanor offenses to felony crimes punishable by life imprisonment. From filing cases, pretrial preparation, trial and post-conviction practice, Mr. Hollander gained an intimate understanding of Florida's criminal justice system.

Mr. Hollander earned his Juris Doctorate from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2006, with Honors. In addition to graduating in the top 10% of his class, he was a member and editor on the Law Review, gaining advanced legal research and writing skills; the Moot Court Honor Board, gaining advanced oral and written argument skills; and the Mock Trial Team, gaining trial preparation and presentation skills. He was also honored for his participation in providing pro bono legal services to his community. Mr. Hollander received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Florida Atlantic University.

In addition to his legal career, Mr. Hollander promotes positive social awareness within the community by performing his new genre of music, Responsible Rap, which promotes positive messages through relevant lyrics from a lawyer’s perspective.
